We’re excited to be running a 6-week Pop-Up Clinical Pilates program at Point Cook Physical.

For a limited time, you can book one-on-one Pilates sessions with one of our Osteopaths, Natasa, combining targeted exercise with professional clinical guidance to help you move better, build strength and support your recovery.

These personalised sessions are designed to help with things like:

Improving core strength and stability
Recovering from injury
Managing back, neck or joint pain
Enhancing movement and posture
Supporting your current treatment plan

Because each session is one-on-one with an Osteopath, your exercises are carefully tailored to your body, your goals, and any injuries you may be managing.
