How you feel is not just about the body.

Looking after our mental health is as integral to our well-being as our physical health. Psychology focuses on enhancing our capacity to cope and providing support during times of specific life challenges. Engaging in therapy will help to resolve crises, reduce distress, develop goals for lasting change and improve your overall well-being.

At Point Cook Physical, our Psychologist will tailor a therapeutic approach to your individual needs, employing evidence based treatments such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Schema Therapy
