Meet The Osteopathy Team
Dr Natasa Vidakovic
Osteopath
Natasa Vidakovic has completed extensive training in osteopathy, earning both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. She brings a fresh and enthusiastic approach to patient care. Her passion is about helping people recover from injury and move with confidence, combining hands-on treatment with education and personalised rehab to achieve long-term results.
With a keen interest in exercise prescription and functional movement, Natasa is currently undertaking further training in Pilates. She loves incorporating targeted, movement-based strategies into her treatments to support strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
Her clinical interests include desk-related neck and shoulder tension, headaches, and women’s health. Natasa takes an active and holistic approach to her patient care — blending soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and manual therapy techniques to tailor care to each individual.
Natasa is qualified in Dry Needling and finds that this technique can be very effective for muscular pain and tightness, particularly for conditions such as headaches, neck or back pain, sports injuries, and general muscle stiffness. Dry needling can assist with releasing muscle tension, reducing inflammation and pain, and improving blood flow and healing.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Natasa on a Pilates mat, soaking up the sunshine with her cavoodle Lola, or sampling sweet treats at one of Melbourne’s many cafés.
Dr Jack Gatt
Osteopath
Jack Gatt holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Exercise Science, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. His broad academic background allows him to blend medical knowledge, exercise science, and osteopathic principles into a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Jack takes a supportive and patient-focused approach, aiming to help people recover from injury, reduce pain, and move with confidence. He is passionate about empowering his patients to take an active role in their recovery, ensuring they understand their condition and the steps needed to achieve long-term results.
With a strong background in exercise science and rehabilitation, Jack enjoys incorporating active recovery and movement-based strategies into treatment. He combines hands-on osteopathic techniques with education and tailored exercise programs, helping patients not only recover but also build resilience against future injuries.
Jack is also qualified in Dry Needling and Cupping, which he finds particularly effective in relieving muscular pain, tension, and stiffness. He commonly applies these techniques for headaches, back and neck pain, and sports-related injuries, tailoring his approach to each patient’s needs.
His clinical interests include the management of low back pain, sporting injuries, and functional rehabilitation. Jack has a special interest in working with athletes, helping them return to play safely and perform at their best, but he equally enjoys supporting everyday patients to stay active and pain-free.
Outside the clinic, Jack enjoys playing football, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends. He believes in practising what he preaches, maintaining an active lifestyle that reflects the values he encourages in his patients.
Dr Damien De Caneva
Osteopath
Damien De Caneva thrives on the variety that each patient has to offer. He treats all types of conditions – from heel pain to headaches – with a particular interest in helping correct chronic injuries. He believes the essence of preventing recurring injuries is to prescribe practical, sustainable activities. He has worked in Point Cook for over seven years and is a well-respected member of the community.
Damien graduated from Victoria University in 2004. He has worked in sporting clubs such as the Adelaide Crows, as a researcher in Charing Cross Hospital, London, has taught in China, and consulted in private practices in both the city and country Australia-wide.
Damien has worked as a supervising clinician for Osteopathic students at Victoria University and served as a PR representative for the Victorian state council of the Australian Osteopathic Association.
He has recently completed a year-long course in functional movement at the Gray Institute in Michigan, U.S.A. He is currently focused on providing an optimum patient experience, which he feels is lacking in a typical physical therapy consultation.
Dr Luke Reid
Osteopath
Luke Reid will always greet you with a big smile. He has a very sharp sense of humour and a particular way of making his patients feel at ease from the first minute you meet him.
Luke has worked in private practice within the Point Cook area for over six years and is a trusted practitioner for all musculoskeletal injuries and complaints.
He has studied at the Gray Institute in the United States and has completed the GIFT program, as well as CAFS, a certification in Applied Functional Science. Luke now specialises in assessing and treating the body based on how it moves and applies the principles of functional biomechanics to develop custom assessment, treatment and training programs for his patients.
Additionally, Luke has completed considerable research into the causes, rehabilitation and prevention of ACL injuries and is working towards his PhD in this area.
Luke has a keen interest in using video analysis to examine the movement of joints within the body, which can significantly assist with sports performance and injury prevention. This unique analysis can also assist in assessing, diagnosing, and treating difficult or complex conditions.
He is currently an Assistant Coach at the Yarraville Cricket Club and a player in their men’s 1st XI team. Along with cricket, Luke has a passion for Formula 1 Racing and spending time with his beloved cavalier dog, Hugo, who often comes to the clinic for a visit.
Dr Tina Hoang
Osteopath
Tina Hoang is an Osteopath committed to making a positive difference in everyone’s lives. Her tailored treatment of each individual focuses on the person and not the disease.
Her treatments may include soft tissue massage techniques, joint articulations, mobilisations, dry needling with or without electrotherapy, cupping, and stretching. Tina believes movement is a key component of keeping our bodies healthy and happy, so you may find her trying to give out rehabilitation exercises as homework for her patients!
As an aunty to four kids, Tina has developed an interest in treating pregnancy-related conditions and women’s health-related conditions.
Outside of osteopathy, Tina enjoys trying new local restaurants, spending time with her family and loved ones, going to the gym, figuring out how to use the machines, and watching the latest Korean drama at home.

Frequently Asked Questions About Osteopathy
Is osteopathy safe for all ages?
Yes, osteopathy treatment is generally safe and suitable for people of all ages—including children, pregnant women, and seniors—when performed by a qualified osteopath.
What’s the difference between osteopathy and physiotherapy?
While both aim to relieve pain and restore movement, osteopathy takes a more holistic approach, treating the body as a whole system. Our Point Cook osteos often work alongside physiotherapists to provide well-rounded care.
Are osteopathy treatments painful?
Osteopathic techniques are generally gentle and non-invasive. Some patients may feel slight discomfort during or after treatment, but this typically resolves quickly as your body adapts.
What types of manual therapy are used in osteopathy treatment?
Osteopaths may use soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, stretching, and cranial osteopathy, depending on your condition and treatment goals.
How soon will I feel results from osteopathy treatment?
Many patients feel relief after just one session, but results can vary. Your Point Cook osteopath will monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan to support the best possible outcome.
