She also incorporates cupping techniques to alleviate general muscle soreness, massage, soft tissue therapy, and joint mobilisation to help patients relieve pain and return to their daily activities.

As a former state-level netball player, Anna brings firsthand knowledge of high-performance sports and injury management. She is experienced in managing acute sports injuries, with a strong focus on lower-body injuries such as hamstring, quadriceps, and calf strains, as well as knee and ankle sprains, tears, and fractures.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys staying active through gym training and running. She also loves spending time with her Border Collie, Alfie, and has a passion for travel. After an inspiring trip to Japan, she recently developed a deep appreciation for Japanese culture.
