The start date is 22 Oct 2019. There will be NO backdating of credit under any circumstances
The credit will stay on the patient file with no expiry date
Multiple credits can be applied for multiple new patients referred – it is $10 for each referral
Referral credits apply to ANYONE who is referred – kids/family/friends/colleagues etc
The only time that a referral credit will NOT be applied will be for existing patients that have not arrived to their last appointment and failed to make contact with Point Cook Physical about their non-attendance.
